   Served as the client-side (Party A) Project Manager, leading the planning, implementation, and launch of the enterprise ERP system to optimize internal resource allocation, streamline business processes (including procurement, production, and inventory management), and improve operational efficiency.

2. On-Site Audit Project for Production Process Control & Enterprise Information System Construction of a Qingdao Factory (Client: Mercedes-Benz Daimler, Germany & Ford, USA)

   Took charge of explaining the factory’s flexible production system (e.g., adaptive production line adjustments for multi-model manufacturing) and enterprise information system (e.g., real-time production data monitoring, quality traceability modules) to the audit teams from Mercedes-Benz Daimler and Ford, ensuring compliance with the clients’ global production standards and successfully passing the audit.

3. New Factory Construction Project of a Qingdao Sapphire Wafer Company

   Oversaw the overall factory preparation and construction process, including site selection coordination, construction progress management, production layout planning (alignment with semiconductor manufacturing requirements), and coordination of equipment installation and commissioning, ensuring the factory was completed and put into operation on schedule.
