(4) Content that spreads obscenity, gambling, violence, or insults or slanders others, or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;

(5) Inciting illegal assemblies, marches, demonstrations, or gathering crowds to disturb social order; acting in the name of illegal non-governmental organizations;

(6) Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, or storing content that infringes upon the legitimate rights of others such as reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, and trade secrets;

(7) Publishing, transmitting, or disseminating harassment information, advertising information, and spam, or content containing any sexual or suggestive content;

(8) Publishing, transmitting, or disseminating rumors, false information, or other content containing untrue information, or content involving the privacy, personal information, or data of others;

(9) Other information that violates laws and regulations, policies, and public order and good morals, social ethics, infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties, or contains content that IMEXsourcing deems unsuitable for display.

4.2 Users shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform or the data of this service; they shall not modify the content, functions, logic, and interface of the platform and the data of this service in any way.

4.3 The reports provided by IMEXsourcing and the content, data, and information in the reports shall not be transmitted abroad; without the written authorization and consent of IMEXsourcing, they shall only be used for learning, reference, research, and analysis, and shall not be used for any other commercial purposes.

5. Risks and Disclaimers

5.1 IMEXsourcing is not responsible for any service interruption or termination caused by the following circumstances:

(1) Service interruption within a reasonable time due to IMEXsourcing’s need to regularly or irregularly inspect or maintain the platform or related equipment that provides network services;

(2) Service interruption caused by system paralysis due to other human factors (such as malicious attacks);

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Unless specifically stated, IMEXsourcing enjoys all rights to all data and information generated during its development or operation. The user does not obtain any authorization from IMEXsourcing (including but not limited to IMEXsourcing product/service logos, trademarks, text, pictures, forms, etc.) because of this agreement. 6.2 The ownership, copyright, and other related rights of the logos, materials, information, layout design, text, patterns, processes, sounds, programs, and other content included in the network services provided by IMEXsourcing are enjoyed and reserved by IMEXsourcing (or are legally authorized). Such rights are protected by laws and regulations, normative documents, and relevant international treaties. 7. Legal Liability

7.2 The user understands and agrees that IMEXsourcing has the right to reasonably judge and hold accountable any actions that violate relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement and take appropriate legal action, save relevant information in accordance with laws and regulations, and report to relevant departments. The user shall independently bear all legal liabilities and losses arising therefrom.

8. Others

8.1 The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (for the purpose of this agreement, not including the laws of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan).

8.2 If a dispute arises between the two parties regarding the content or execution of this agreement, the two parties shall try to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, a lawsuit shall be filed in the People’s Court where IMEXsourcing is located to resolve the dispute.

8.3 Regardless of the reason, if a part of the terms of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall still be valid and binding on both parties.
